Gonna be a fun weekend on the River BBQ, Friends, Fun, maybe couple beers. Also this years festival is no tickets completely free also BYOB( no glass). First cook on the new Outlaw Ringo smoker! Tomahawk steak smoked the seared. Topped with a chimichurri, blackend peel n eat shrimp, balsamic glazed brussel sprouts, smoked portobello mushrooms, green beans, and potatoes!!!! Dinner turned out amazing, the girls loved it! Thanks again Outlaw smokers. Work Food Championships only 75 days away gotta get some practice in.

What an unforgettable day for O'Neals Kitchen! 🏆🔥

We conquered the Bourbon & BBQ competition at Hard Truth, walking away as Grand Champion and earning a World Food Finals Golden Ticket! What an incredible way to kick off our very first BBQ competition.

A huge thank you to my amazing team for all the hard work, support, and helping make this happen. I couldn’t have done it without each of you.

Winning our first competition is something we’ll never forget, and we’re beyond excited for what’s next. Here’s to more smoke, more BBQ, and more memories! ❤️🥩🔥

We're Fired Up and Ready! 🔥
O'Neal's Kitchen is proud to be competing today at the Hard Truth Bourbon & BBQ Festival! We're honored to be going head-to-head with some of the best BBQ teams around in the People's Choice competition.
We'll be serving our Peach Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly Burnt Ends over a fresh, crisp citrus slaw. If you're attending the festival, stop by our booth, grab a sample, and if you love it, we'd truly appreciate your People's Choice vote!
