Right now my Christmas order list is full! No more Christmas orders until next year, especially with cataract surgery pending, and I don’t know how that will impact crochet time.

Today has just been a damn day.

Yes, I'm missing mom and Dale. But that's the way of it now, though most days it's fairly manageable and others not so much.

29 days until I complete another full cycle around the sun, and honestly I think I'm going to stop counting which year it is. This last bit hasn't been my favorite, by any means. I feel worn out and mentally tapped right now.

I've got a lot of good things to count, though, and some more good stuff coming. So for now, I'm going to focus on that. Sorry if I miss your messages and comments, I need the mental break from the chaos of the interwebs for a bit, if ya don't mind. Catch you on the flip side of whenever.

How my temperature blanket is going…..this winter has been weird!

Beginning my very first temperature blanket. This is the first 18 days.

Great way to use up scrap yarn, though! I’m interested to see what it looks like as it gets bigger.

(This is folded for storage ease right now. Full size I imagine will be roughly big enough for a queen bed.)
