A Sheboygan brat fry is about more than what’s on the grill—it’s about community. It’s neighbors stopping by, friends sharing stories, and everyone gathering around a tradition that’s been bringing people together for generations.

And if you’re going to do it the Sheboygan way, there’s only one way to dress a brat: a hard roll, mustard, and onions. That’s it. No ketchup. No relish. Just brat perfection. 🌭

Good food, great company, and a little hometown pride. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Bonus points for having darts, pool, gaming machines, claw machines, occasional live music, and an enclosed smoking room all under one roof.

🌱 Something Exciting Is Growing Behind the Visitor Center!

If you've driven by recently, you've probably noticed some big changes happening behind the Visit Sheboygan Visitor Center.

We're excited to share that this space is becoming the Riverside Eco-Garden, an interactive outdoor learning destination designed to connect visitors and residents with nature, sustainability, and Wisconsin-grown experiences.

Made possible through grants, local donations, and community partnerships, this project is truly a collaborative effort.

The greenhouse and pavilion are now standing, and over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing sneak peeks of the gardens, educational spaces, and experiences that will soon call this space home.

Stay tuned. The garden is starting to take shape, and we can't wait to show you what's growing 🌿

Between the riverfront setting, local artwork, fresh coffee, and familiar faces, this is the kind of place that encourages people to linger a little longer.

I am grateful for mornings like this and for the friendships that make a community feel like home 🤍

Saturday sunsets just hit different from 80 feet above the marsh.
I climbed all 144 stairs of the Sheboygan County Marsh Tower and was rewarded with sweeping views of 13,000 acres of wetlands painted in shades of gold, orange, and pink. Every step was worth it.
If you're looking for a peaceful place to catch a Wisconsin sunset, add this one to your list.

I love finding experiences that allow you to participate in a place instead of just passing through it 🌿

Cooking classes feel like such a fun way to spend an evening because everyone leaves with a memory, a new skill, and usually something delicious too.

This ended up being one of those activities that felt creative, relaxing, and genuinely memorable 🤍
