Sometimes the problem isnāt the people around us.
Sometimes itās the wounds we havenāt healed, the patterns we keep repeating, the reactions we keep justifying, or the version of ourselves we refuse to confront.
Growth gets real when we stop only asking,
āWho hurt me?ā
ā¦and start asking,
āWhat in me still needs healing?ā ā¤ļøāš©¹
Because sometimes⦠we are the common denominator.
Not to shame ourselves.
Not to stay stuck in guilt.
But to finally become self-aware enough to grow beyond the cycle.
Healing starts when accountability and grace sit at the same table. āØ
