Hi, I’m Alexis Ferrell, founder of Golden Lotus Luxury Hair Lounge here in Shelby, NC. With over 12 years of experience as a Master Stylist, I’ve built my career on combining two of my lifelong passions—art and science—through the craft of cosmetology.

At Golden Lotus, my specialty is creating beautiful, customized looks with blondes, extensions, precision cutting, and seamless color blends. I believe every client’s hair is unique, so I take the time to design a style that enhances your natural beauty, lifestyle, and confidence.

My journey began at Paul Mitchell The School Charlotte, where I graduated in 2013 at the top of my class. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to continuously learning and staying ahead of the latest trends, ensuring my clients always leave the chair feeling their best.

I’m also expanding into education—by the end of October, I’ll receive my License as a Cosmetology Educator, allowing me to not only serve my clients but also share my knowledge and passion with the next generation of stylists, I've already started a mentorship program and I can’t wait to see how it grows!

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll likely find me enjoying time with my family, hiking, painting, practicing yoga, or horseback riding.
