💡 Weekly Hair Tip: Can You Sleep With Your Hair Wet? 💡
This is one of the most common questions I get—and the answer is no 🚫💦
Sleeping with wet hair can cause unnecessary breakage, frizz, and long-term damage.
Here’s why 👇
• Hair is most fragile when it’s wet
• Sleeping on it or wearing tight hair ties or clips can stretch and snap the hair
• Moisture + friction = breakage and weakened strands over time

✨ Always rough-dry your hair until it’s about 70% dry before using a round brush
✨ Using a round brush too early causes extra tension and heat damage
✨ You won’t get smoothness or shape until the hair is mostly dry anyway—so you’re just damaging it without benefit
