Your Core Responsibilities:

**Client SEO Project Leadership

Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, summaries, and KPIs.

1. Oversee monthly organic SEO strategy across three regional websites.
2. Coordinate the social media calendar and ensure timelines are met.
3. Monitor email marketing campaigns – performance reporting, essential template reviews, and A/B testing input.
4. Track lead generation sources and conversion performance and report findings.

**Reporting

1. Present performance updates and strategic insights directly to *company stakeholders.
2. Flag risks, opportunities, and roadblocks early to support business decisions.

**What You'll Need

1. Minimum of 5+ years of SEO experience, with agency background preferred.
2. Solid understanding of technical SEO audits – must identify issues and delegate fixes.
3. Broad digital marketing knowledge, especially in SMM and email marketing.
4. Firm grasp of content flow, tone, and structure – no need to write, but can guide quality.
5. Comfortable working with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and campaign trackers.
