You’re obviously familiar with the term “the thin blue line”. In case you aren’t, it’s a term that typically refers to the idea of the police as the line which keeps society from descending into violent chaos. The "blue" in "thin blue line" refers to the color of the uniforms of many police departments. For years, we’ve watched that “thin blue line” seem to get thinner and thinner. The war on cops. The riots. The defunding of police. Politicians weaponizing law enforcement. Officers being forced to choose between the Constitution and the enforcement of unconstitutional mandates. Today, as the owner of the largest police news outlet in America, I’m going to make a pretty bold statement. As of this morning, the thin blue line is gone. David Antonio Aviles Perez, 35, also known as “the witch,” was arrested by ICE in San Diego on March 26 and held at Otay Mesa pending removal to El Salvador. He has an international warrant there for aggravated m*rder.

U.S. District Judge Jinsook Ohta, born in Seoul and nominated by President Joe Biden in 2021, ordered him out on August 26. She ruled ICE had held him five months without a bond hearing.

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin called it a release that put American lives at risk. California had already cut him loose once after a 2023 machete as$ault arrest.

San Diego federal prosecutors later admitted they never gave Ohta his criminal history. She said Tuesday she would have kept him as a danger if she had been told, and she authorized ICE to pick him back up for a bond hearing.

He was not in court. The warrant in El Salvador is still active.

Qadhi is resident scholar at the East Plano Islamic Center and chairman of the Fiqh Council of North America. That council issues rulings used by clerics at thousands of U.S. mosques.

In older recordings he said Allah calls polytheists “najis,” a spiritual filth, and applied that label to Christians as mushrikoon. He also said, “This is a part of our religion, to stone the adulterer … and to k*ll, by the way, the homos*xual.”

He later published a 2013 notice claiming he never said Christians themselves are filthy or should be barred from worship. The clips remain in circulation.

The New Jersey Globe reported a Centenary University employee tried to tell Sherrill’s 2025 campaign about a hostile workplace while Caldwell was the school’s president. Staffer Leslie Bockol agreed to a call, then missed it, stopped answering, and blocked her.

The campaign says counsel reviewed the contact in September 2025 and found no specific allegations. Caldwell texted a friend he was “in a war with evil.”

Former DeRidder mayor Misty Roberts is already free after 90 days for s*x with a 16-year-old boy.

A Louisiana jury convicted her in March of carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Jurors also found her guilty of indecent behavior with a juvenile after a July 2024 pool party at her home while she was still mayor.

Prosecutors said she provided alcohol, then took her son's 16-year-old friend into a bonus room. Her own son testified he saw it through a crack and took a photo that went to the jury.

She faced up to 17 years. Judge Kent Savoie gave her 90 days in the Vernon Parish jail, a $5,000 fine, and two five-year sentences that he suspended.

The Beauregard Parish District Attorney asked him to rethink it on August 31. He refused, even after saying he had wrongly used plea-deal cases as his comparison list.

State records show she was released September 7. She remains a registered s*x offender on probation.

A Biden-nominated judge freed a convicted Kenyan s*x offender who made $145K auditing Minnesota schools from ICE custody.

Wilson Nduri Tindi is a Kenyan citizen and lawful permanent resident. In 2016 he pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal s*xual conduct after breaking into a Twin Cities home and as$aulting a woman while she slept. Prosecutors dropped a first-degree burglary charge as part of the deal.

He was ordered to register as a predatory offender. An immigration judge later ordered him removed to Kenya, but he was released after a prior habeas fight and then hired by the state.

Minnesota put him in as Director of Internal Audit at the Department of Education on April 9, 2025, at $145,074 a year. The job ended June 27, 2025, the day Alpha News asked the agency about his record.

ICE arrested him again on an I-200 warrant. U.S. District Judge Jerry Blackwell, nominated by President Joe Biden in 2022 and recommended by Sens. Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith, signed an Aug. 20 order releasing him because the Notice to Appear had not yet issued.

The Senate confirmed Blackwell 51-43. ICE says Tindi remains in removal proceedings and will keep pursuing the case. He is back out while that moves.

AGAIN AND AGAIN - thanks, Democrats: An illegal immigrant with no license is charged after k*lling 23-year-old Ohio teacher Cameron Lyon on Route 33.

Alvaro Uribe-Gonzalez, 33, of Columbus, was driving east on U.S. 33 in Fairfield County about 6:15 p.m. on September 6 when his GMC left the road, overcorrected, and flipped into oncoming traffic. Lyon’s Chevrolet was struck and both vehicles caught fire.

Lyon d*ed at the hospital. His fiancée, Abrielle Kerns, 23, was in the passenger seat and survived with serious injuries. They had gotten engaged in July and were renovating his family’s farmhouse.

Lyon taught fifth- and sixth-grade social studies at Crestline Exempted Village Schools. He was an Eagle Scout and a recent Otterbein University graduate.

Uribe-Gonzalez is charged with aggravated vehicular hom*cide, driving under the influence, and operating a vehicle without a valid license. Sheriff Alex Lape said he was living in the United States illegally.

Court records reported a 2020 deportation. Bond was set at $5 million, and ICE lodged a detainer.

The crash happened about 6:15 p.m. Sunday near U.S. 22 in Hocking Township. Ohio State Highway Patrol says Alvaro Uribe-Gonzalez, 33, of Columbus, ran off the road, overcorrected, and flipped a GMC Terrain into westbound traffic.

Both vehicles caught fire. Lyon was taken to Fairfield Medical Center and d*ed a short time later. His fiancée, Abrielle Kerns, 23, was hurt and is expected to survive.

They had gotten engaged in July. Lyon taught fifth and sixth grade in Crestline and had just graduated from Otterbein.
⠀
Fairfield County Sheriff Alex Lape said Uribe-Gonzalez is in the country illegally, has no valid license, and now has an ICE detainer. He is charged with aggravated vehicular hom*cide and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Prosecutor Kyle Witt called the hom*cide count a placeholder and said more charges are expected before a grand jury. Andrea Lyon, Cameron's mother, said the driver took a beautiful life.

She told ABC 6 he is from Colombia. A separate post claimed DHS confirmed Mexico and a 2020 final order of removal. That country-of-origin detail is not settled in the official Ohio releases.

Butch Ware, a history professor and former Green Party write-in for California governor, said Democrats "cannot be reasoned with." He told the room to prepare for "war in the streets."

In a video on X he went further. "Some of these clickety-clack revolutionaries have never been in a f*cking g*nfight."

"Y'all ain't nowhere near ready for a war in the streets," he said. "You better get ready for both kinds of war if you stay ready, you ain't got to get ready."

He has also said, "You cannot call yourself a revolutionary and not be talking about training with weapons." Jonathan Turley summed up the moment as "You better get ready for … war."

Ware called Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed too restrained. He said the establishment is using them "to contain radicalism."

Families delivered a petition with more than 100,000 signatures to City Hall on Tuesday. Giovanni Galante, whose wife Grace Catherine Galante was k*lled in the attacks, started it.

Cheri Sparacio, who lost her husband Tom on the 84th floor of the South Tower, said it is not about Mamdani's religion. "It's about the policies he has today."

Hochul's response was that "the Mayor of New York City will be there, as he should be." She added that "division should not prevail over the spirit of unity that brought us together after September 11th."

Retired Port Authority officers already asked both Mamdani and Hochul to skip Ground Zero. Their president said September 11 is not a photo opportunity.

Mamdani says he will "proudly honor" the families by standing with them anyway. Some relatives say they will ignore him if he shows.
