A consultant came to us last month with a lead magnet he was convinced was the problem.

Good guide. Genuinely useful. Opt-in page converting at 4%, and everyone around him kept saying the guide needed rewriting.

The guide was fine. The page asked for name, email, company and company size before it gave anything away.

We cut it to email only and moved the other three questions into the first follow-up email, where someone who already has the thing is far more willing to answer them.

Opt-ins roughly doubled in two weeks. The guide never changed.

Go count the fields on your own opt-in page. If there are more than two, that is your week sorted.

I have been running Ivoscale for two years and have never actually introduced myself here.

I am Khizar Nisar, Co-Founder and CEO of Ivoscale. We build client acquisition systems for coaches, consultants and fractional executives, and then we run them.

That second part is the whole business. Most agencies hand you a folder of assets and wish you luck. Six weeks later the content has stopped, the sequences are stale, and you are back where you started with a nicer looking LinkedIn banner.

We build the thing once, wire it end to end, then operate it every month. Content published. Outreach sent. Replies handled. Numbers reported, good or bad.

I run system design, which mostly comes down to deciding what gets built first and what does not get built at all. The second half of that list is usually the more useful one.

Currently working with clients across ten countries. Still take every discovery call personally.

Inbound and outbound aren't a debate. They're two halves of one machine, and most founders only build one.

Outbound puts you in front of people who don't know you exist. Inbound makes the people who find you actually convert.

Run outbound with no system to catch the interest and you waste it. Run inbound with no outbound and you wait forever to be discovered.

The founders who win build both and connect them. One fills the top, the other holds the bottom. The leaks I keep talking about are all in the "holds the bottom" half, which is the half almost everyone skips.

That half is the guide. Link in bio to download.

Most businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a positioning problem.

When someone tells me they need more leads, the real issue is almost always upstream. Nobody can tell what they do, who they do it for, or why they're different. So even when leads show up, they bounce.

More traffic into weak positioning just means more people deciding you're not for them, faster.

Fix who you are and who you're for before you spend a dollar getting more eyes on it. Clarity converts. Volume only exposes the lack of it.

What do you want to be known for, in one line? Post it and I'll give you honest feedback.

If you're leaking clients you already attracted, I'll show you where, on a free call.

Once a month I open a few 30-minute calls to founders building something real. I look at your setup, find the leaks, and show you what a connected system would look like for your business. You keep the map whether we work together or not.

No pitch deck, no pressure. A founder looking at another founder's machine.

DM me CALL and I'll send the link, or grab a slot in my bio.

The skill quietly running my whole business is patience with inputs, not outputs.

Early on I wanted the output now. The client, the result, the proof, immediately. I'd quit things right before they worked because the result hadn't shown up on my schedule.

Flipping it changed everything. Be impatient with inputs. Did I do the work today, post the thing, make the calls, build the system. And patient with outputs. They arrive on their own timeline, always lagging the work.

Control the inputs obsessively. Let the outputs arrive late.

What input do you need to get more impatient about?

Let me show you what the leak actually costs, because it's bigger than it feels.

Say 400 people check your profile in a week. Modest if you post regularly. That's 1,600 a month.

If even 1% turned into a real conversation, that's 16 a month. Close one in four and that's 4 new clients, every month, that the gaps are quietly costing you. Three or four leaks, on repeat, all preventable.

Most people never run this math, so the loss stays invisible. It feels like "business is slow." It's actually a system leaking on a schedule.

I put the full breakdown and the fixes in the guide. DM me LEAKS.

Two closes last month. Not twenty. And I'm posting it anyway.

There's a version of this account where I only show the big wins and let you assume the rest. That's the highlight reel I said on day one I wouldn't run.

So here's the real number. I'm early. I'm building. The wins are real and not yet huge, and that's exactly the part worth documenting, because it's the part everyone hides and everyone is actually living.

In a year this post is a checkpoint. The people watching now get the whole story, not just the after photo.

If you're early too, you're in good company. Keep building where people can see it.

I audited a fitness coach's profile recently. Strong content, real following, almost no clients. Here's where it leaked.

Bio led with her certifications, not the client's result. Link in bio sent people five places. No free thing to grab, so interested people just liked and left. No follow-up. No clear way to book.

Five leaks, all fixable, all quietly costing her the exact clients she worked to attract. Her content was never the problem. The machine around it was missing.

This is the same pattern whether you're a coach, a founder, or an agency. Different face, same leaks.

All seven are in my free guide with the fix for each. Comment LEAKS.

A normal day for me is three different businesses in one head, and a system keeping them from colliding.

Morning is the part only I can do. Strategy, the calls that close, the decisions that set direction. The rest runs on systems and a team. Outreach is handled. Delivery has a process. The things that used to need my hands mostly don't anymore.

Not glamorous, not effortless. Just built. Brick by brick, until the business stops depending on my energy and starts depending on its structure.

Build the structure. Then build the next one.

What does a normal day look like for you right now?
