Cozy season !!!! A staple chili in this house w/gf cornbread 🤌🏼 also, if you’re looking for a really good NA wine, it’s �1 large yellow onion, diced small 1 red bell pepper �5-6 garlic cloves, minced�1 lb ground beef�14 oz can crushed tomatoes, �14 oz can diced tomatoes, fire-roasted or regular�2 Tablespoons tomato paste�14 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained�14 oz can navy beans, rinsed and drained�1 1/4 cups chicken stock 2 Tablespoon chili powder�2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons cumin 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon paprika 1 healthy pinch cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon In a large pot, saute the diced onions in olive oil for 3-4 minutes with a pinch of salt. Then add the minced garlic and saute for 30-60 seconds. � Add the ground beef and season it generously with a healthy pinch of salt. Cook the beef with the onions and garlic until every piece is browned and no longer pink. After this, add the tomato paste and cook it with the beef for about 2 minutes. � Add the bell pepper and sautee down for 5 minutes Then add all the seasonings, diced and crushed tomatoes, beans & chicken stock. Stir all the ingredients together.� Partly cover the pot, and cook on a gentle simmer for 25 minutes
