And oh I’m still counting my blessings.

2024 may not have ended the way I thought it would.

But boy did GOD SHOW UP THIS YEAR!

This is just a reminder that no matter what life throws at you HE IS STILL GOOD and He’s still doing NEW THINGS. I’m not sure exactly what 2025 will look like but I know it’s another year I get to celebrate and make memories with my favorite people. its another year full of Dunkin & Dolly spam, It’s the year we finally see the blessing of another little babe, it’s the year my girl turns 5 and starts kindergarten. I’m wishing you a happy & healthy new year.

With so much incorrect information out there I truly strive to be a resource for you in the holistic h**p and functional mushroom industry. A trusted source with no smoke & mirrors

Breaking it down into a way that is easily digested.

The truth is the industry is still new ( just starting up in 2018) which means new information is constantly coming out, new research is constantly being done.

Don’t settle for mediocre products with mediocre results. The fact you can slap a pretty label on a pretty bottle an put something like olive oil in it and call it high quality c🐝d is the kind of regulations Green compass is trying to s Mommy top.

Most c🐝d is incorrectly labeled, the absorption is only 5% and you’re not getting the results you were hoping for.

Hey Babes 👋🏻 it’s me Your H**p Wellness Bestie, Christina. Quite a few of you are new to my corner of the internet ..

Hello! Welcome! I am so happy you are here.

Four years ago I gave birth in the height of the pandemic and after that life got wonky. My anxiety took over. There were rumors of trafficking in our area for women and babies and strangers with masks were coming up to me with my brand new baby putting their faces in my carts.

I became paralyzed by fear. Leaving my house was hard. Anxiety meds helped, but they had to keep being adjusted. Everytime a higher dose with more side effects. I tried a couple and nothing was helping completely .

I started looking into holistic approaches, I found out post partum anxiety was a thing. Who knew? Everyone only talked to me about depression. And in April of 2020 resources were not available.

I tried essential oils, and such but I kept hearing a buzz about h**p wellness. Specifically with a company called Green Compass.

I first started with sleep jellies because I wasn’t sleeping. And then finally tried the c🐝d jellies.

It was like a light turned on. Finally a relief. I have since added in cbda and have completely weened off of anxiety meds.

I think what made me feel the best about GC products was that a momma created it. She worked with farmers and held the products to a higher standard. She too suffered from post partum anxiety and found relief with C🐝D

Now we are in prelaunch stages of functional mushrooms and I am so excited to watch these new products help people as much as h**p has.

Besides being a h**p wellness advocate I am also a hairstylist in New Jersey. A momma with a Diet Pepsi addiction who is just trying her best to be present and make an impact in not only my daughter’s life but the world around me.
