Did you know downtown Shreveport’s Blind Tiger has been serving up Cajun favorites since 1992? Founders Glenn Brannan and Rick Sloan turned an old restaurant, previously known as Chelsea's, into the lively spot we all know today. Opening night was a wild one- so wild they actually ran out of food fast but never lost heart!

Since then, they’ve dished out millions of shrimp, countless bowls of gumbo, and nearly a million go cups to locals and visitors alike. Through construction, hurricanes, and even a few car crashes, the Blind Tiger keeps serving good food and great memories. 🐯
