Another Clearance event at DG starts today! There isn't much. Most items are repeats from the last couple of events. Check your clearance aisles though, because sometimes your stores will have a lot of good deals from previous events still sitting there!

On that note, select stores are doing a cleaning product reset, so some stores will have clearanced products. My local store isn't doing it, but a store near me in a different town is.

Also, good deals on airwick refills! Yay!! Now we can use all those warmer plug-ins 😉.

There's also a few good food deals too. Check out what I was able to find on the app below 👇(coupons that will attach to items will be included in the pictures)

‼️Make sure you take your phone with you if you go shopping and scan those items!!! You don't want to get caught at check out with an item that isn't half priced, or something you expected to attach to a coupon and didn't. Always double check!!!

Go get your school supplies from DG today! Pair this with a 5 off 25 deal to get more savings!!

I did price compare with Walmart, so here's the scoop:
Notebooks are cheaper. 1 subject notebooks at Walmart are 45 cents and at DG they are 3 for 1, so get them at DG today if you can!
Folders are 25 cents at Walmart, but if you need the folders with the 3 holes, get them at dg for 3 for $1. Similar are 50 cents at Walmart.
Crayola is evenly matched. Prices are pretty much the same across the board.

Here is a snack deal and a beverage deal you can do this week at DG! If you have kids that will eat or drink you out of house and home like I do, then these are a must!

I already price compared with Walmart. The snack deal is almost $9 cheaper at DG and the beverage deal is almost $18 cheaper at DG!

Want to do both of these deals? After you check out with one deal, save those paper coupons at the bottom of your reciept. There are two printing out this week. Grab the second deal and use the Save $5 coupon for any day this week. (Save the Saturday one in case you need it for Saturday.)

I've been waiting for this one. I love in-wash scent boosters, and can't function without a cup o' Joe.
Don't forget to use your scan tool on the app to look for any coupon or cash-back offers. Save as much as you can!
Idk about you, but coffee is kinda life around here. I'm definitely hitting that store up today!

During the Clearance event, some stores will do 70% off instead if 50%. If you find one, definitely go in and see what you can find, especially with coupon match-ups! I found two within a 60(ish) mile radius of where I live!

50% off already clearance prices is a good deal, but 70% off is a fantastic deal!! Some coupon match-ups at a 70% store can help you get items for free or just pennies!!

Starting tomorrow, Dollar General has a clearance event going on! Everything that is clearance will be an additional 50% off the clearance price!

Tips and Tricks:

-Scan everything! They will have personal care, cleaning, laundry, etc that will be included. Scan the bar codes and see if you have a coupon that will match up with the product to save you even more!
- Not everything will be in the Clearance sections. Check the regular aisles too. (Especially for laundry and diapers.) Items in regular aisles probably won't be marked as clearance, so make sure youre scanning the item.
-Don't be rude. The economy sucks right now, and everyone is trying to save a dime. Some items marked as clearance might not ring up half priced. (Your scanning tool in the DG app will you tell you as much) That's a fault on the system, and not your cashier!!
- Make sure youre not leaving your store a mess behind you! It's okay to look through items to see if you can find what you're looking for, but it's also nice if you put the mess you made back to normal.

Keep an eye out and I will post some items that should be included. I don't know if all items will be available in your store. DG had a clearance event last month, and I know quite a few items were already cleared. You never know, though!

Heads up on another (and better) Gain deal!! If you didn't use those manufacturer Gain coupons last week, do it this week so you don't miss out!! Clip the 4 for $12 coupon and pair it with your manufacturer Gain coupons for awesome savings!
Don't have them? No problem! You can still do this deal by itself and end up saving $6 in the long run.

When using this coupon before, I've been able to get 4 of the same product, 2 of one, 2 of the other, or 3 of one, and 1 of another. It really doesn't have to be one of each.

I used two of my manufacturer coupons last week, but have one left for liquid fabric softener. I'll be using this week with this coupon, making each item about $2.61 each. If you had and saved all three, that will make each item $1.84 each!!
