When someone asks us questions about ourselves - especially ones connected to deeper feelings or patterns of behavior - sometimes we will automatically respond with, "I don't know." But the truth is... we 𝘥𝘰 know. We 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 know. The answers are within us 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦.
