Tonight’s Montgomery Township Committee meeting includes several items of local interest, beginning with the appointment and oath of office for Edward Zuza as a probationary police officer with the Montgomery Township Police Department.
The agenda also includes presentations on the Village Elementary 250th Art Display, The Bank of Princeton’s Financial Literacy Program with Roberto Rivera, and a Resident Resources Guide created as a Girl Scout Gold Award project by Angelina Busch.
Committee members are also scheduled to hold a public hearing and final adoption vote on Ordinance #26-1779, which would prohibit data centers and detention centers within Montgomery Township. Additional business includes liquor license renewals, stormwater basin retrofit work at Catbriar Court and Red Fox Run Court, a shared services agreement with Peapack and Gladstone, and a request from Bloomberg to relax construction-hour restrictions at 100 Business Park Drive in Skillman.
