👋 Happy Thursday! Thanks for such a great start to the week at the Slatington S***tClub! We will be open tonight with our gyro specials and full menu. We look forward to seeing everyone! 💚

As a reminder- the kitchen will be closed next week, (6/24 & 6/25) but there will be sandwiches and snacks in the bar cooler. 🥪

The following week, (7/1 & 7/2) we will have our Cuban sub and hot ham & cheese specials! 🥰

Look what’s thriving in my backyard this season — strawberry spinach!
Those beautiful ruby-red clusters almost look like little strawberries, right? The leaves are edible too — mild and spinach-like with a fun twist. I love growing unique plants.
Nothing beats walking out to the garden and harvesting something this pretty for dinner. I’m thinking of sautéing the leaves with garlic and using the seeds/berries in a fresh salad.
Have you ever grown or eaten strawberry spinach? What’s your favorite way to prepare it? Any recipes you love?💚
