Did you know that we label our shop items by hand? 🖐🏼

We love every step of of making our pamper goodies for you all. From crafting recipes, to brewing up soaps and lotions, to labeling each product by hand and shipping them off to you all.

We do have a little manual machine that helps us with large wholesale orders where we are able to order labels on rolls, but since our lil shop is still growing and we only make less than a hundred of each item, it’s more cost effective for us to order our labels on sheets and apply them by hand! 🖤

Although it can be monotonous at times, I can’t help but smile every time I smooth a label over a bottle or jar and just know that it will make someone smile, too.

We only have one batch left to ship tomorrow of our Season of the Witch boxes, and our September Restock orders begin shipping tomorrow! We cannot wait for you all to get your nerdy pamper goodies. 🌚

Meet the Makers ✨

Hello everyone! It’s been a hot minute since we’ve shown our faces on here and introduced ourselves but here we are:

1. We are a wife and husband duo in our FBC Studio. Our kids and family help out from time to time as well. 🖤 Our Instagram is thriving under the care of !

2. My name is Rachel and my husband is Candle Mike! We met when we were 15 and it was enemies to lovers from first sight. 🌚😂 We have now been married for ten years, together for fifteen.

3. I started FBC back in 2018 when Mike was in the military and I had three kids 4 and under. I was making skin care products for my oldest daughter who suffers from intense eczema and had just fallen back into reading. Thus, FBC’s nerdy sensitive skin care was born!

4. Our interests outside of work include playing video games together, playing and hosting Dungeons & Dragons, hiking, kayaking, baking (Mike), and practicing witchcraft (Rachel).

5. Our oldest daughter is autistic and brilliant. Our second daughter is an artist through and through. And, our son keeps us laughing all day long. At least one is in the shop every day putting stickers on boxes or putting wicks in candles.

6. I am a coffee drinker and Mike is a tea lover! I love chill and atmospheric music and Mike loves country. I am Filipino and q***r as hell, and he is Irish and supportive as hell. I am the grumpy and he is my sunshine. I bring the chaos and creativity and he brings the order and precision. We are two dualities that compliment each other so well, and I think that’s why we are able to make such magic for you all. ✨

🌙 If you enjoy audiobooks, what do you love about them? Do you have a favorite book or narrator? What aspects help you pick your next read?

I love audiobooks because they help sweep me away. Audiobooks with multiple narrators (maybe including Steve West 👀) and sound effects help transport me there!

I asked Rachel what she loved and she said, "I love that it helps me balance my passion for reading with my work life and home life. My life is so hands on, but it doesn’t keep me from my favorite stories!" 🖤
