No storefront needed—just somebody in Snyder making seriously good coffee from scratch. 🤠

We tried the Cocoa Puffs Mocha Iced Latte and Strawberry Matcha, and this woman is handcrafting EVERYTHING.

☕ Whole-bean espresso, ground fresh
🍫 Individually flavored drinks
🥛 The THICKEST soft top I’ve ever had—with chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and more
🍓 Fresh strawberries diced, sprinkled with sugar and added right to the matcha
💪 Protein snacks too!

The attention to detail is insane, and the flavors absolutely deliver.

What started with Rafe Quest’s love for training cow horses has grown into something incredible.

Hoop Snake Ranch has grown from just 20 head of cattle to around 600, raising their own American Wagyu right here in West Texas.

And what they’ve built around it is incredible:

🐂 American Wagyu beef
🐎 Trained cow horses
🍇 A vineyard they nursed back to life
🍷 Their own wine
🥂 A beautiful wine tasting room
🥃 A ranch saloon
⛪ A small chapel
🍽️ And one of the most unique ranch-to-table dining experiences in West Texas

What started with horses has grown into a place where everything—from the Wagyu to the wine to the food on your plate—has Rafe and Bailey’s fingerprints all over it.
