It's midweek, and time for an update!
Last time I was active, I was riding the high of losing 81lbs...I mean, I was ecstatic and surprised. Ecstatic for obvious reasons, but surprised because of how simple the changes I made were...surprised because I hadn't done it sooner!
Then, the holidays arrived...and man did I eat! I ate all my favorites and then some. Not to worry though, I limited my weight gain. I was actually in the middle of attempting to "bulk" and ended up only gaining 20lbs from November through January. Not bad, considering how bad it could have been. Yet, I still felt defeated, I felt like I let a lot of y'all down, and it ate me up inside.
Well, not no more.
Just like I did last year, I'm buckling down and getting back to the basics. The good thing is, I know a lot more now compared to last year, so I am extremely confident going in.
Now you wonder, why go on here and tell you this? Why not just work in silence and post updates after? First off...where's the fun in that!? But the truth is, I plan on taking y'all along for the ride with me. Not only am I sharing my weekly updates, but I am giving you all the opportunity to take it a step further and see what I eat. Now, how often you see this is up to you:

I will also give you a glimpse into the workout routines I will be completing each week, along with weekly weigh-ins! First weigh in will be this Saturday, and I will share my progress going forward.
