Lady Gaga just scored a major legal victory over her *Mayhem* era. ⚖️🔥

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by surf company Lost International, which claimed Gaga’s use of the name and branding for her *Mayhem* album, tour and merchandise infringed its trademark.

The company argued that fans could mistakenly believe Gaga’s project was connected to its longtime Mayhem surf brand.

But the judge ruled that Gaga’s use was artistically relevant and that the lawsuit failed to show she had explicitly misled consumers about any connection between the two brands.

For Gaga, the ruling brings a significant trademark battle surrounding one of her biggest eras to an end. 🎤

Michael Bay is getting pulled back into the world of *Transformers*.

Paramount is officially developing another live-action *Transformers* movie, with Michael Bay attached to produce alongside several longtime franchise producers.

Bay, who directed the first five live-action movies from 2007 through *The Last Knight* in 2017, has also previously discussed a possible bigger return to the franchise. For now, though, his return to the director’s chair has not been officially confirmed.

The new project is being written by Jason Fuchs and is expected to continue the story following *Transformers: Rise of the Beasts*.

After years away from directing Autobots and Decepticons, fans may be getting another dose of Michael Bay-style *Transformers* — but we’ll have to wait and see whether he actually gets behind the camera again.

A legal dispute involving a Rihanna song from *Smurfs* has officially been settled. 🎬

Songwriter Sam Roman, known professionally as RØMANS, sued Paramount after claiming the studio used his song “Anyone” in the movie without his permission and without paying him.

At the time, his lawyer made the eyebrow-raising claim that Paramount went ahead with the song because the studio was “mad at Rihanna.” Rihanna herself was never accused of wrongdoing and wasn’t involved in the lawsuit.

Now, court filings show Paramount and Roman have reached a confidential settlement agreement, bringing the dispute to an end. The financial terms of the deal have not been made public.

One unusual behind-the-scenes Hollywood battle is officially closed.

Law Roach may have “outgrown” the pettiness — but he hasn’t forgotten who said no to Zendaya.

The celebrity stylist revealed that he still won’t dress Zendaya in several major fashion houses that rejected her when she was younger and still building her career.

Saint Laurent, Dior, Valentino, Chanel and Gucci were among the brands Roach says once turned her down, with some reportedly saying she was “too green” or telling them to try again later.

Years later, Zendaya is now one of the biggest fashion icons in the world — but Roach says those early rejections still influence which designers get the opportunity to dress her on the red carpet.

He may have moved past the grudge personally… but the receipts apparently aren’t going anywhere.

Dolly Parton is putting her health first after being forced to miss a special appearance at Dollywood.

The 80-year-old country legend was expected to attend the grand opening of the park’s new NightFlight Expedition attraction, but instead sent fans a video message from her home in Nashville.

Dolly explained that she had been experiencing dizziness and dehydration, and her doctor advised her not to travel that week. In typical Dolly fashion, she joked that her doctor had “clipped” her butterfly wings for the time being.

Despite having to stay home, she reassured fans that things are going well medically and said she’s continuing to work on several projects, including her Nashville museum, SongTeller Hotel and upcoming Broadway musical.

It may have been a disappointing change of plans, but Dolly made it clear she’s listening to her doctors and taking the time her body needs.

While looking back at iconic filming locations from her career, the *Twilight* star was once again asked the question fans have debated since Bella Swan first arrived in Forks: Edward or Jacob?

Kristen laughed at the idea that she might actually have a carefully prepared answer before delivering a perfectly blunt response: “I don’t give a f**k.”

After all these years, it seems Bella may have made her choice… but Kristen definitely isn’t picking sides. 😂

Somewhere, Team Edward and Team Jacob are still arguing anyway.

Motherhood has given Hailee Steinfeld a whole new perspective. ❤️

While talking about her upcoming Disney animated movie *Hexed*, Hailee explained that becoming a mom herself has changed the way she sees the film’s mother-daughter relationship.

In the movie, she voices Billie, a teenager whose cautious mother struggles with letting her daughter find her own way. Now that Hailee is raising a daughter of her own, she says the idea of an overprotective mom makes much more sense to her than it ever did before.

Hailee and husband Josh Allen welcomed their first daughter earlier this year, making the themes of protecting, guiding and eventually letting your child discover who they are feel especially personal. ❤️

Sometimes becoming a parent really does change the way you see your own parents.

Michael Sheen quietly turned £100,000 of his own money into roughly £1 million worth of debt relief for people struggling financially in South Wales. ❤️

For his Channel 4 documentary Michael Sheen’s Secret Million Pound Giveaway, the Welsh actor created a debt-acquisition company and used his own money to buy portfolios containing around 900 personal debts at a fraction of their face value. Instead of trying to collect the money, the debts were written off.

The project was designed to expose how the secondary debt market works. Debts can sometimes be sold between companies for far less than the amount originally owed, while borrowers may still be pursued for the full balance. Sheen wanted to show how that system operates and start a wider conversation about access to fairer credit.

Because of data-protection rules, Sheen did not personally know the identities of the people whose debts were being cleared. The documentary focused less on getting individual thank-you moments and more on demonstrating what could be done — and why so many families end up trapped by expensive borrowing.

This wasn’t simply a celebrity handing out £1 million in cash. He used £100,000 to acquire debt with a face value of about £1 million — and then made sure it would no longer be collected.

A pretty remarkable way to put your money where your mouth is. 👏❤️

Sadie Sink is opening up about why she has chosen to keep her appearance remarkably unchanged — even while growing up in an industry obsessed with reinvention. ❤️

In her Glamour cover interview, the Stranger Things star revealed that she has never dyed her naturally red hair, never pierced her ears and never gotten a tattoo. She said there is something she likes about maintaining that sense of being a “blank slate.”

Sink explained that her signature red hair has always been something people encouraged her not to change, often reminding her that others spend a lot of money trying to achieve that color. Despite occasionally wanting a different look, she says she still doesn’t expect to dye it.

She also connected that choice to acting, saying she likes being able to remain a kind of canvas for whatever character or project comes next. At the same time, she acknowledged how confusing it can be growing up around constant pressure to change appearances and follow beauty trends.

A detail about Paul Walker’s longtime relationship with Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell is resurfacing online and it has reignited debate over their reported age difference.

After Walker’s death in November 2013, contemporary reports described Jasmine as his 23-year-old girlfriend of roughly seven years. Extra reported at the time that she had begun dating Walker in 2006, when she was 16 and he was 33. Her uncle also spoke publicly about their relationship following Walker’s death, saying the couple had experienced ups and downs but were still together and looking toward a future together.

Other coverage from the same period similarly described Pilchard-Gosnell as 23 and said she and Walker had been together for approximately seven years.

Walker was 40 when he died in 2013, while Jasmine was reportedly 23. The relationship has attracted renewed criticism online because of the reported ages at which it began.
