We are so excited! The Military Writers Society of America has announced that Andy Vistrand's book, "Rescued," is a finalist in the MWSA national book awards! This means he will receive a gold, silver or bronze medal at the awards banquet in September held in San Diego, California! What a great honor for a debut author! Andy was a USMC helicopter gunner. His book is about his beloved rescue dog, Dozer, who rescued Andy from PTSD. Congrats also to his book cover illustrator, Wanda Stanfill, of Jackson!
