The truth is, I have been struggling with inspiration, motivation and my mental health for weeks. You have seen me smiling and silently carrying on but, internally I had been suffering for awhile. There’s been so many periods of drastic changes in life (sometimes at a moments’ notice) and as a result I lost myself in these emotions. It wasn’t enough to just admit this, I had to explore it and find myself, in the midst of pain. What I found, was the soul of a woman who is very self aware of her flaws as a human being. She knows exactly how “difficult” she can be. But, She’s learning to be unapologetic about this because she knows that when she loves it’s deep, profound, and without reservation. There are a few unsung heroes who have helped along the way and for that I am forever grateful.
