• Use FindHelp.org to search for food, housing, and other essential services in your area. This site connects you directly to local assistance programs.


• You can also contact 211 or visit 211.org for guidance on shelters, food banks, and other urgent needs in your community. This one call using your phone dialing number

Talking to someone directly, either via the FEMA helpline or the resources on these websites, will help ensure you get personalized assistance quickly.

Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV) Grants:
ICADV administers funds from the Victims of Crime Act and the Violence Against Women Act to support services for survivors.
