A word of advice - just let the masters cook. Mark Saunders injects his original brand of dance floor pop into a track that was already leading down the home stretch. The effect is to win the race by a landslide followed by an epic celebration with RiF hoisted on the shoulders of the new wave giants.

Try and get that bouncing guitar riff out of your head - I dare you. C'mon let's run.

F! Vibe (music). There I said it. If you want connection through music, you need conflict . . . and resolution. Dynamics. Danger. Perhaps you don't need to hurtle your body at a stranger at 20 miles an hour, but a little attitude never hurt anyone.

I cannot lie, I will survive but will my hopes and dreams run next to me? Only if you fight for them.

You know that part of the movie when it all comes back together. Yeah, this is that clip . . . and run and run and run. You get a killer montage of the sweat, dance moves and hope - all of life's greatest things with a killer soundtrack. I keep making these things and they keep filling in blanks in my life I didn't know I even had.

So . . . it still is in you in a most remarkable way. Keep running.

The Rave! I was in Europe in the late 80's, Raves were the thing. It was a full body experience in every sense of the word. It was an absolute blast . . . while it lasted. Come shake your butt to the We Run Remix like the folks in this vid. You don't need a Rave just make do with whatever you've got.
