I LOVE an interactive piece. That’s why I think my vending machine is so special 🪙
Something as simple as turning the handle to see what surprise sticker you got, or opening a latch to a box full of trinkets! 🪎 It really keeps things fun and we all need a little more fun.
That’s why when I saw this Trinket Exchange right outside Gemtuitive in Boonton I had to stop. 🛑 It felt like a little gift from the universe placed in a spot the universe knew I’d be.
And Gemtuivtive itself is a little gift from above.
I have been back a few times and the owners are so sweet, a cute husband and wife.
One time I was in there and the husband was singing the wife’s praises about her handmade jewelry. The place is full of love and you can definitely tell 🫶

I hope you all can find it too and add to the trinkets. I can’t wait to go back and see how it’s changed ☺️

Sometimes when I look back at my poetry I think
“Wow Bianca, that was harsh.”
Sometimes I even think, “you should have given that person more credit back then.”
I rarely ever turn those thoughts back to myself and think that what I went through was harsh or that I should give myself more credit.
Sharing my poetry is a step in that direction for me.
Because even if I made all of this up in my head, it’s all based on my real life.
It’s crazy to me that my brain can process this pain and put it in black and white on a page, but there is a lot of self blame.

I’m releasing a book this summer with some of my more recent poems and I can’t wait to have a tangible keepsake of my own words. I hope you’ll keep one too 💜
