Add this Mateo's Gourmet Salsa to your Costco shopping list this week. It’s on sale right now at for $2 off thru 9/6!
 
The salsa is so yummy. My mouth waters as soon as I open the jar and its aroma hits my nose. The flavor is really fresh with a vibrant kick. I love that it has texture, too. I usually find myself using the salsa atop eggs, adding to my salads, or, of course, straight from the jar with some good ol’ tortilla chips. Sometimes I’ll even doctor up the salsa, adding some hot sauce to turn up the heat.
 
I just need Costco to start carrying more of Mateo’s line up next!

My rating: 2/5 (Meh)

I know I’m not the only one who tried these chips because there were very few bags left on the shelf. And I’m sad to say that I was super underwhelmed. The chip itself was like a wee bit thicker than a Lay’s potato chip. But the seasoning didn’t resemble anything crab related to me. To me, the chips just tasted…salty with a dash of paprika. That’s it.

I won’t by buying these again. What did you think of them?
