Once again, Kathy Castor is trying to gaslight veterans — and the people of Tampa Bay.

She says she “stands with veterans,” but her record is full of broken promises and empty words:
• She voted against expanding mental health care for veterans.
• She voted against faster, fairer disability claims processing.
• She voted against allowing veterans to collect both retirement pay and VA disability benefits without penalties.
• She dragged her feet on toxic exposure legislation — while veterans were dying from burn pit-related illnesses.

But now that people are starting to realize who she really is . She shows up for photo ops, throws around patriotic language, and blames Trump for everything — while ignoring her own failures.

Kathy Castor doesn’t stand with veterans — she uses them.

And Tampa Bay is tired of her games.

Veterans deserve action, not lip service.

Today was a WIN for the people of Tampa Bay. During the Café Con Tampa weekly event, Representative Kathy Castor was the guest speaker and was asked why she hasn’t stepped up to debate the Republican nominee, Captain “Rocky” Rochford. While speaking at the Portico in Tampa, Castor indicated “Any place, any time, I’m willing to debate!” According to James Judge who ran against her in 2022, “She agreed back then as well, then her schedule was always too busy. Good luck pinning her down to a date.” I am thrilled that she has agreed and we will see to it that we fit into her schedule, so there will be no excuses. I ask those that live in District 14 if they would post a “Thank you” on Castor’s FB page or X account so she knows how pleased you are as well.
