LaShon knows sports…This years dunk contest seemed to have more structure and guidance from dunk winners past. I love the energy, positivity and thankfulness to God for winners blessings. It was great to see the more structure to the dunk contest and what seemed like coaching/encouragement from OGs from past dunk contests. It also seemed like there were had pre- dunk try outs of sorts and narrowed down to the 4 contestants.

Great clean contest. I also liked the fact of when a contestant didn’t make a dunk they had planned to do, they went to their back up dunk. It moved things along well.

LaShon knows TV…Sistas on BET has replaced 2 of the main characters, Karen & Sabrina. The show chemistry is interrupted. It won’t be the same. The chemistry they built and had that grabbed and sustained for 9 seasons is no longer. It gave me the same vibe as the show Girlfriends. I don’t know if it will last after this season 10. What do you think?
