It's going to be a Thrill in the 'Ville!
I wanted to make you aware of an upcoming event in Belleville, Mi. The Belleville Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Meijer and Autokiniton, is holding it's annual Lakefest during the weekend of June 24the & 25th.
This year we are bringing back offshore APBA hydroplane boat racing to the Detroit area on both days! The "Thrill in the "Ville" race is a free general admission event and has prime viewing from the grandstands on the shores of Belleville Lake in beautiful downtown Belleville. The race is brought to us by the Belleville Yacht Club and the Marine Prop Riders and will offer a day of fast and loud excitement for all ages.
We hope to see you there!
It's Flower Day at Eastern Market in Detroit, which is a great opportunity to make your plan for gardening this season🌷
Gardening can be rewarding, but it can also involve physical strain and discomfort. Whether you have a large backyard or small balcony, Dr. Mark Mounayer shared a few ways to "w**d out" pain when planting with WWJ Newsradio 950.

We recently came across an article from WWJ Newsradio 950 News highlighting concerns about students not feeling ready for life after school. Well, we're proud to say that at Weston Academy, we're doing things differently!
Last week we took our students to the JA Finance Park, where they receive personalized profiles simulating employment, finances, and family situations. Students navigate through challenges such as paying bills, applying for mortgages, and creating budgets using their fictional personas. Unexpected expenses, represented by a surprise visitor named Jimmy, also arise.
High school interested in taking such a course can look at
