We are all set up in the quaint coastal town of Southport, NC. We will be here for 13 weeks working our home health therapy contract. Our site is spacious with lots of grassy areas to walk Roamin. He’s loving it too! 🐾

Best part about doing home health is that we get to see so much of the area during the week and choose our favorite places to visit on the weekend. Plus we get to meet lots of locals every day with the patients that we visit. We always recommend talking to locals to get the best recommendations.

Do you ask locals for recommendations at the places you visit?

We had to say goodbye to our sweet Cooper Monday evening, and we are still trying to pick up the pieces of our broken hearts. The silence and emptiness he leaves behind are hard to put into words. He wasn’t just our dog — he was our family, our constant companion, and our favorite travel buddy through so many adventures and memories over the last 13 years.

Cooper made us smile and laugh every single day of his life. With those sweet eyes and gentle spirit, he touched the hearts of thousands and built a beautiful community of people on Instagram and Facebook who loved him right alongside us. We are so humbled by the incredible outpouring of love, prayers, messages, and tears for our precious boy. What a gift he was — not only to us, but to so many others.

Cooper, thank you for being the best boy in the whole world. Thank you for your unconditional love, loyalty, comfort, and joy. Our lives will never be the same without you, but we are so thankful for every moment we were blessed to have with you.

We will love you forever, miss you always, and carry you in our hearts until we meet again. Run free, sweet boy. See you when we come Home. 💔🙏🌈🐾
