One of my favorite parts of exploring new places is stumbling across spots worth coming back to.

A few highlights from downtown Cedar Falls as we head into the weekend. And with it being National Donut Day, a donut felt like a fitting addition—🍩☕🍻

The Black Hills has been on my bucket list for a while and they did not disappoint. Definitely recommend for first timers and repeat visitors!

Try the Bicycle Beer Trail — an easy way to explore the city, ride scenic paths, and stop in for great drinks along the way.

Grab a passport, cruise the trail system, and check in at local breweries and taprooms (plenty of non-alcoholic options too). Hit enough stops and you’ll even earn a free carabiner mug.

Whether you go solo or bring a crew, it’s a solid way to spend an afternoon.

Today’s coffee stop… ☕️✨
Curiouser Coffee & Elixirs – Eagan, MN

This place doesn’t miss. From the themed aesthetic to the drink lineup and food—everything feels intentional and dialed in.

Found this spot while passing through and it’s quickly become a go-to anytime I’m back in the area.

And if you didn’t know… there’s a speakeasy-style bar tucked inside 👀 definitely adds to the experience.

If you’re around Eagan, this one’s worth the stop.
