We like to think of the show as sitting around a mid-summer campfire with friends. It's election time and I hope you all make it out to vote! Let your voice be heard regardless of whom you vote for. It's your right as an American to choose your pick. Shred is back with some BOMBS. We wanted to put this episode out a little early to be a bit ahead of election day. Will Trump win in a landslide? Or will Biden somehow pull out a victory. I think Trump will win, and big, but I also don't think he'll win 50-0 like some have predicted. Hunter Biden has been in the news a lot lately, so we cover that, as well as his odd back tattoo? FACEBOOK, TWITTER BLOCK THE NEW YORK POST’S BIG STORY ON JOE BIDEN’S MEETING WITH EXECUTIVE FROM SON HUNTER’S UKRAINE ENERGY COMPANY

Facebook has all but ceased distribution of the New York Post’s story published this morning about the discovery of emails documenting that, despite his repeated denials, Joe Biden was both aware of and involved in his son Hunter Biden’s Ukrainian business dealings, including meeting with an executive of the Ukrainian energy company that paid Hunter to sit on its board.

And now Twitter has locked the New York Post’s Twitter account because the company says the story violates its rules against “distribution of hacked material.”

“We are reducing its distribution on our platform,” Facebook’s policy communications director, Andy Stone, tweeted this morning. Stone is a former staffer for multiple Democratic politicians and PACs.

The Post says the emails and other sensitive material was discovered on a computer by a Delaware computer repair shop in April, 2019. The computer was seized by the FBI after the shop’s owner says he alerted the feds to their existence. The Post published photos of the federal subpoena related to the seizure.

Today’s move by the social media giants to censor the story was quickly criticized.

Former CNN senior producer Steve Krakauer: “The idea that Facebook would brag about ‘pre-ducing’ distribution even before a fact check shows how far we’ve come on this topic - a few years ago this would be the kind of thing James O’Keefe would uncover through secret recordings. Now execs just…tweet it out…”

The Federalist: “Facebook’s intentional censorship of the Post story could be considered the very type of election interference they swear to fight against.”

Mollie Hemingway: “Holy bleeping bleep. Facebook explicitly admitting it is protecting Biden -- and interfering in the presidential election -- by censoring media outlets and limiting discussion of today's breaking news about Biden's engagement with Burisma.”

The New York Post, meanwhile, has published an editorial blasting the decisions.

“No one is disputing the veracity of The Post’s story — not even Hunter Biden,” the editorial says. “Yet Facebook is deliberately trying to keep its users from reading and deciding for themselves what it means.”

The Post also points out that Facebook “did nothing to restrict access to the recent New York Times story on President Trump’s tax returns. And the Times didn’t say a word about how it obtained that confidential personal data.”

"Dr. Robb Kelly - The Recovery Expert"

Robb Kelly, PhD - The Recovery Expert - was born in Manchester England. He grew up in a family of musicians and developed a strong love for music at an early age. He was performing on stage at the age of nine. During his early twenties, he worked at the elite and influential Abbey Roads Studio, as a session musician in London.

Addiction was always close to his heart as Dr. Kelly was born into a family that had a history of alcoholism. He began drinking and using drugs at an early age, but he managed to stay on a path of success, moving to Oxford in the early 1980’s to pursue a PhD in Psychology at the prestigious University of Oxford. He continued to drink heavily during his time in Oxford – but still managed to complete his Doctorate studies, graduating with a PhD in psychology in 1984.

Even though he was a heavy drinker – no one would have predicted, that he would be living on the streets of Manchester, homeless and alone. He recalls the night where he had a staggering revelation when it came to his own alcoholism. It would later coin two of his most popular catch phrases: "The Problem is not our Drinking, it is our Thinking" and "Step out of the Disease, and into the Solution."

The ultimate goal is to give Firefighters, Police, EMS workers and Veterans content to take their minds off every day stresses and to connect with all different people from across the country. I post this every year FYI : Eveyone needs to read this The holidays are here and shopping is going on and so are thieves . Here is some advise from a lawyer friend you might want to consider. ATTORNEY'S ADVICE - NO CHARGE Read this and make a copy for your files in case you need to refer to it someday. Maybe we should all take some of his advice! A corporate attorney sent the following out to the employees in his company: 1. Do not sign the back of your credit cards. Instead, put 'PHOTO ID REQUIRED.' 2. When you are writing checks to pay on your credit card accounts, DO NOT put the complete account number on the 'For' line. Instead, just put the last four numbers. The credit card company knows the rest of the number, and anyone who might be handling your check as it passes through all the check processing channels won't have access to it. 3. Put your work phone # on your checks instead of your home phone. If you have a PO Box use that instead of your home address. If you do not have a PO Box, use your work address. Never have your SS# printed on your checks. (DUH!) You can add it if it is necessary. But if you have It printed, anyone can get it. 4. Place the contents of your wallet on photocopy machine. Do both sides of each license, credit card, etc. You will know what you had in your wallet and all of the account numbers and phone numbers to call and cancel. Keep the photocopy in a safe place. I also carry a photocopy of my passport when I travel either here or abroad. We've all heard horror stories about fraud that's committed on us in stealing a Name, address, Social Security number, credit cards.. Unfortunately, I, an attorney, have firsthand knowledge because my wallet was stolen last month. Within a week, the thieves ordered an expensive monthly cell phone package, applied for a VISA credit card, had a credit line approved to buy a Gateway computer, received a PIN number from DMV to change my driving record information online, and more. But here's some critical information to limit the damage in case this happens to you or someone you know: 5. We have been told we should cancel our credit cards immediately. But the key is having the toll free numbers and your card numbers handy so you know whom to call. Keep those where you can find them. 6.. File a police report immediately in the jurisdiction where your credit cards, etc., were stolen. This proves to credit providers you were diligent, and this is a first step toward an investigation (if there ever is one). But here's what is perhaps most important of all: (I never even thought to do this.) 7. Call the 3 national credit reporting organizations immediately to place a fraud alert on your name and also call the Social Security fraud line number. I had never heard of doing that until advised by a bank that called to tell me an application for credit was made over the Internet in my name. The alert means any company that checks your credit knows your information was stolen, and they have to contact you by phone to authorize new credit. by the time I was advised to do this, almost two weeks after the theft, all the damage had been done. There are records of all the credit checks initiated by the thieves' purchases, none of which I knew about before placing the alert. Since then, no additional damage has been done, and the thieves threw my wallet away this weekend (someone turned it in). It seems to have stopped them dead in their tracks. Now, here are the numbers you always need to contact about your wallet, if it has been stolen: 1.) Equifax: 1-800-525-62851-800-525-6285 2.) Experian (formerly TRW): 1-888-397-3742 1-888-397-3742 3.) Trans Union : 1-800-680 7289 1-800-680 7289 4.) Social Security Administration (fraud line): 1-800-269-0271 1-800-269-0271 We pass along jokes on the Internet; we pass along just about everything. If you are willing to pass this information along, it could really help someone that you care about.
