APPLICATIONS:
Beginning February 1, 2026, district princess pageant contestants will be able to complete applications on the Chahta Achvffa online member portal. Paper applications will no longer be accepted.

APPLICATION DEADLINE DATE:
All district princess pageant contestant applications will be due March 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Applications will no longer be due two weeks before each district pageant.

We are excited to announce that Tiffany Smith-Langley has been selected as the new Program Director for CNO Head Start! Tiffany brings more than 20 years of experience in management, mentorship, and program administration to her new role. She joined the CNO Head Start program in 2018 as the Health and Nutrition Coordinator and later served as the Office Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Her extensive background in both management and early childhood program support has shaped her collaborative and service-oriented approach to leadership. She is dedicated to advancing the mission, vision, and core values of the Choctaw Nation through integrity and a strong commitment to children, families, and staff. Known for her approachable leadership and deep sense of purpose, Tiffany strives to create an environment where every child and family has the opportunity to thrive.
Tiffany and her husband, Eric, will soon celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary. Together, they have six children, one grandchild, and another grandchild on the way. Eric and several of their children proudly serve in the Oklahoma National Guard, and Tiffany remains deeply grateful for the continued support of her Head Start family during times of training and deployment.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys traveling, attending sports events, hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
