All this snow has us remembering the last time we had a sunny vacay! That was during the wonderful Staycation auction put on by the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Columbia Basin.

We were super excited to be involved in such a fun event and thank everyone who tuned in to have some fun in the sun with us.

As we head into the future of events, everyone wants to know if they can ditch the virtual piece of their event and get back to "normal".

Until there is proof that a digital extension of a live event isn't worth the investment, our advice is to go hybrid. You can't afford to lose the 10-15% of people that prefer to participate online versus in person (that percentage is far higher in the short term as we acclimate to being live again).

What you must remember is that your virtual audience is comprised of valuable supporters of your mission. Be sure to give them a first class experience from the comfort of their own home!

We are getting a lot of questions about the platform that we used at the Virtual Fundraisers: Raise Money by Raising The Roof event yesterday.

This was not multiple platforms cobbled together, it is an all in one virtual/hybrid auction solution that ILF Media Productions created during the pandemic to solve my woes as an event planner.

I couldn't find a seamless way for my clients to register their guests, display live and silent auction items and stream that was simple.
