I didn't climb this mountain just to arrive...

I climbed it to become.

The view is beautiful.

The sunrise is incredible.

But the best part isn't standing at the top.

It's knowing who I had to become to get here.

This journey has never been about proving other people wrong.

It's been about proving to myself that I was stronger than the voice in my head that kept saying, "You can't."

Every early morning.

Every sore muscle.

Every tear.

Every walk I almost skipped.

Every time I chose to keep going instead of giving up...

It was all building this version of me.

The woman standing here today isn't lucky.

She isn't perfect.

She's simply the result of thousands of small decisions that nobody else saw.

If you're still climbing your mountain, please don't quit because you can't see the top yet.

The climb is changing you in ways you don't even realize.

And one day, you'll stand at your own summit and understand...

The greatest reward was never reaching the top.

Uncle Chicken will be there all day with **Kin Cab Creations**, surrounded by incredible local vendors, unique handmade finds, and plenty of shopping fun! 🐔✨

After 3 PM, Zabrina and I will head over to the Vendor Mall so we can all finish the day together! 🥰

**Fat Girl Rock Bottom Confession #28:**

I'm not who I used to be.

And that's my favorite part.

For so long, I believed my past would always define me.

The woman who stayed home.

The woman who made excuses.

The woman who felt trapped in her own body.

The woman who thought life had already passed her by.

But somewhere along this journey, I stopped chasing a number on the scale...

And I started becoming someone I was genuinely proud of.

Not because I'm finished.

Because I'm not.

I still have goals.

I still have hard days.

I still have moments where I doubt myself.

But when I look back now, I don't see failure anymore.

I see proof.

Proof that people can change.

Proof that healing is possible.

Proof that one decision, repeated over and over again, can completely change the direction of your life.

Sometimes we're so focused on how far we still have to go that we forget to celebrate how far we've already come.

Today, I'm choosing to celebrate.

Not because I've reached the finish line...

But because I never gave up on finding it.

If you're in the middle of your journey, don't forget to turn around every once in a while.

The view behind you is just as important as the mountain ahead.

**Fat Girl Rock Bottom Confession #27:**

I stopped running from my problems.

For a long time, I thought avoiding my pain was protecting me.

I'd eat instead of feel.

I'd stay home instead of face the world.

I'd tell myself I'd deal with everything "later."

But later never came.

The truth is, you can't heal what you're constantly running from.

The weight wasn't the only thing I had to let go of.

I had to let go of guilt.

Shame.

Excuses.

The version of me that believed I wasn't worth fighting for.

Healing hasn't been quick.

It hasn't been pretty.

And it definitely hasn't been perfect.

But every walk, every hard conversation, every tear, every choice to keep showing up has helped me become someone I barely recognize...

In the best possible way.

Just like a waterfall keeps moving no matter what rocks are in its path, I've learned that healing doesn't mean life stops being hard.

It means I keep moving anyway.

If you're carrying something heavy today, I hope you'll remember this...

You don't have to heal overnight.

You just have to stop running from the person you're capable of becoming.

One day at a time.

One choice at a time.

One step at a time.
