I stood on the shore today, watching the tide come in.
And there it was — your name, written in the sand, surrounded by a heart.

I know the waves will come and wash it away.
But my love for you, Dad, isn’t something the ocean can touch.
It’s written somewhere deeper — in the quiet parts of me. The parts that still wait for your voice, still hear your laughter in the wind.

You gave me strength without shouting.
You taught me love without needing to say it every day.
And now that you're gone, I feel your absence in places I never knew could be empty.

Heaven may hold my mother, but my heart will forever hold her love. The bond we share is unbreakable, transcending time and distance. Though she may no longer be here with me physically, her love surrounds me in every step I take. It’s a love that never fades, always guiding me, comforting me, and reminding me of the incredible woman she was.
