For this trip I also wanted to check out Pixar Place Hotel at Disneyland Resort. This fun, bright hotel was re-themed and re-opened in 2024, and boasts beloved Pixar animation in everything down to the smallest details.
Bell services kindly transferred my luggage 🧳 from Disney's Grand Californian across the street to Pixar Place Hotel, while I spent much of the day lounging at the pools of both hotels and browsing around Downtown Disney 🛍️. When I was ready in my room at Pixar Place my luggage was delivered to my door, and the process couldn't have been more seamless✨. I didn't have to worry about a thing!
Take a tour of my room which has a great view of Disney's California Adventure Park 🎢. I love how spacious the room is and how it is hardwood floor with just an area rug. There is plenty of storage, outlets/charging ports, and lighting options. The couch 🛋️ pulls out as well for an additional sleeping surface.
Out on the rooftop of the 3rd floor is the pool, splash pad, and water slide, as well as fire pits, lawn games, a bar and quick service eatery, and places to watch the fireworks display 🎆 from Sleeping Beauty's Castle 🏰 at .
Pixar Place Hotel offers direct access to Disney's California Adventure Park with a special entrance, and is a short walk from Downtown Disney and Disneyland.
