It’s SO EASY to hate—I get it, I feel it creeping in me every time I see the chaos and harm being done by this administration. It makes me want to scream.

I’ve never felt like this in my entire life, but I’ve never seen anything like this, either.

I’m broken about the myriad of unconscionable things happening all around us, and frankly, it’s hard to continually choose the high road when you feel like people are playing in the mud.

But restraining ourselves from letting hate seep into our spirits might be the biggest act of resistance we can make.

Do not descend into the mud, friends. Draw the line for yourself. It’s our through line 💙

PEOPLE MIGHT THINK John 6:10 is about showing what Jesus is capable of—but personally, I don’t think Jesus really cares about whether we can see His power.

I think He’s trying to help us see the power our faith has to multiply other people’s faith.
And so on and so on.
Because that’s when feeding people becomes more than just a meal.
Our faith has the power to actually change the world.
