Joys and pains of having a pool: The most expensive water bill of the year was when we cleaned the pool and filled it with 25,000+ Gal clean water.
We do this at least once in a blue moon when the machine broke and we have to wait for funds to cover the repair cost. #

Chicken Adobo - with a twist of Texas Aroma - Tex-Pinay Style -
Watch until the end - Bonus Video - Fruity Tea for a sick 😷 daughter. This cold weather sometime we can catch a cold - have runny, sneezy nose. Time to care for family. I thank the Lord for having time this time of the year to focus for my family and to cook. Daughter asked me to vlog so she can look back later on when she feels like cooking.

Ingredients:
Marinade: chopped garlic, pepper, Texas Rub, 1/4 cup soy sauce, Chicken 🍗 halved - Marinate for 2 hours or overnight (Optional)

Cooking Time 1.25 hours
Choice of Chicken or Pork
1/2 Cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
Lots of garlic
Black pepper
Bay leaves
Olive oil or any oil
Chopped Potatoes
Lemon and lemon zest
Peppers 🌶️ if you prefer spicy 🥵

This way, am facing North Atlantic Ocean, South Atlantic Ocean, passing Southern Ocean, Indian Ocean, and then South China Sea bago makarating sa Pilipinas 🇵🇭 . (Post doesn’t include other seas)

Sa likod ko naman North Pacific Ocean, Passing through Hawaii, then Philippines Sea na. Easier to fly from California via Philippine Airlines.

ATM South Padre Island Texas in the winter ubod ng lamig.

Makakabakasyon din ako God’s willing. 🙏🙏🥰
