Last year I made good on a promise to some local Veterans by bringing back the Springfield Veterans Day Parade and this Saturday November 8th we will gather again in downtown Springfield to march and honor all those who have served! 🇺🇸

This years parade starts at 1:00 with an expanded route! In addition, this year we have added some food trucks, live music and other activities!

The parade is privately organized and sponsored by my law firm Ozarks Elder Law so all participants will need to sign up!

Well apparently a Judge in Cole County didn’t see the relationship either, and in taking Notice of Senator Moon’s prior objection of the multi subject bill, struck down House Bill 2062 on all counts yesterday.

The Court went on to agree that the Missouri Legislature has a problem wherein during the last few weeks of session, they think that in order for their bills to reach the Governor's desk, the bills must be joined together. Often times the topics are unrelated and in violation of the Missouri Constitution. Yet time and time again, these multi subject bills are glued together to get a “win.”

Add’l Noteworthy Information:

- The bill started out with one section… and was actually a good bill.

- By the time the Senate got done with it, they had added 54 new sections 😳

…. AND of no surprise to many, my opponent Senator Curtis Trent not only voted for it, he was the handler of the unconstitutional bill that was struck down.

This ⬆️ is WHY I am running.

There is NO excuse.

There is NO amount of money from the lobbyist that can justify such blatant disregard for the Constitution.

The conservative youth movement isn’t slowing down in Springfield as evidenced by the new Young Americans for Liberty chapter at Drury University! 💪

It was inspiring to speak with this group and I was thorougly impressed with their questions!

Unfortunately, my opponent’s voting record got him kicked out of the organization recently. 😳

While I no longer live in District 139, I feel compelled to weigh in because of my long standing roots there, my continued support of my hometown of Nixa, my involvement in the Nixa business community and as a graduate of Nixa schools.

I WHOLE heartedly support Representative Bob Titus and his reelection for District 139. While I believe legislators should be held accountable and that primaries are a proper forum in certain situations- Bob Titus is one of the few in Jeff City who is willing to hold the line and stand up to the establishment and lobby groups/specials interests who trample the people. He doesn’t just talk the talk on conservative issues - he walks the walk when he is in Jeff City.

Unlike so many, Bob has stuck to his principles and his voting record demonstrates this. He has a spine and the truth is we need more like Bob in Jeff City!

In sum, I know both these candidates and Bob Titus has my full endorsement and support for reelection in District 139.

We ended Saturday at the LifeHouse Gala supporting the Lifehouse Crisis Maternity Home in Springfield.

EVERY life is precious and deserves protecting.

Statistics show that women struggling with homelessness, addiction, and/or domestic violence are more likely to choose life over abortion for their unborn baby when they have a supportive community and safe haven. LifeHouse is that safe haven and that supportive community.
