I'm a "Hard Workin Man"! My name is Brooks, of the country music duo sensation, Brooks and Dunn! I am a little ruff around the edges, but I aim to please! At a year and a half and over 50 pounds, I am a boxer mixed guy! I came to Rescue One with my brother, Dunn after being dumped and fortunately rescued by a sweet fan! My house manners are a work in progress and I can be a little on the bossy side, but with time, training and love, I know that I can be a great guy. With my infectious energy and playful spirit, I'm always ready to liven up any party and get those boots scootin' on the dance floor. But when the lights go out, I am just a big ole' cuddler! I will need a home with a privacy fence. Let's kick up some dust and make every day a boot-stompin' good time!

Just in time for Mother's Day!

Pots for Pets will have a display of plants for sale during the First Friday Art Walk this Friday, May 6th! I will be outside "a hip joint" from 6 to 8. They are located at 309 S Jefferson. Come by and see some of these in person!!! 50% of sales goes to Rescue One.

Heads up Rescue One supporters....

A Rescue One volunteer is making these dog beds to raise money for Rescue One! They are adorable, very sturdy and made to last! ALL of their proceeds go to Rescue One!!! They can be used inside or outside. He uses primer and three coats of outdoor satin paint. Tammy makes the cushions - they are very comfy for the dogs and have a zipper so you can wash the cover!!! $60. My dogs highly recommend them!!!

Pots for Pets will be at A Hip Joint, 309 S Jefferson during First Friday Art Walk this Friday, March 4, 2016. Rescue One will also be there! This will be Open House for A Hip Joint! Please come out and welcome them to downtown Springfield!!
