Black Veil Brides' CC Coma steps away from European tour mid-run for personal reasons.
The band confirmed on June 6 that longtime drummer Christian "CC" Coma will sit out all remaining European dates after their Rock am Ring appearance in Germany, due to what the band called an unfortunate personal and private matter. The shake-up also forced a Milan show cancellation. Stepping in behind the kit is veteran drummer Wade Murff, previously touring with Godsmack, bringing serious metal chops influenced by legends Dave Lombardo and Vinnie Paul. Coma is expected to officially rejoin when the band returns stateside. All of this unfolds during a massive cycle for their seventh studio album Vindicate, released May 8 to critical praise. The North American Vindicatour kicks off August 27 in Phoenix, running through September 27 in New Jersey across 16 cities with Andy Biersack, Jake Pitts, Jinxx, and Lonny Eagleton.
