“I had the SWEETEST older gentleman come into the Weirton location whose hotspot wasn’t working. He was a high-risk vet, so he was wearing a homemade mask his wife had made and plastic bags around his hands. After some troubleshooting, we figured out what the problem was, but his makeshift bag gloves were driving him crazy. He ripped one off, cracking me up as he looked out the window and shrugged at his wife. Long story short, we got him hooked up and he’s back in business! He got the other glove off, I sanitized him up and opened the door for a clean exit. I made his day and he made mine, and that’s what makes it all worth it!”
