Tonight marks the final night of Hanukkah, as the last candles glow from sunset into the night.

In maritime tradition, all anchored vessels must display an all-around white light from sunset to sunrise, so no one is left unseen.

A beautiful parallel to this season: light shared, guidance given, and community anchored together.
