Kailynn in kindergarten and sophomore year. Her bedroom is occupying the attic room in the house that she’s living in this year. She has decorated it so cute!
Brady in 2nd grade and senior in class laying on a desk in class😄. Adjusting to life in the US . . . Poor guy!

Whether you’re living in your forever home, or planning on making a move soon, take some great photos of your outdoor space during the summer when everything is green and looking beautiful!
Especially if you have a pool - it makes a big difference!
If you’re selling during the fall, winter or early spring, your professional photographer is going to have to take photos when the outdoor space is less than ideal. Your realtor can easily work those photos you have taken into your listing.

Wonderful week at the beach with family and friends.
Highlight was a hike through Perico Preserve. Wonderful walking trail through 175 acres of reatored coastal habitat with support for wildlife.

I got my boy back . . .
He left in January and traveled to seven different countries while he was studying abroad which included a
solo trip to Prague.
So grateful for this opportunity and all the things he has seen and learned.
We will see how many hugs he can tolerate in the next few days . . .

Happy May Day!
Had to buy flowers today in honor of one of my childhood traditions.
When I was little, I would pick flowers out of my yard, ride down the block to my grandmas house, leave the flowers on her doorstep, ring the doorbell and ride away as fast as I could on my tricycle.
I thought I was so clever!
The goal was to get out of there as soon as I could so she wouldn’t know it was me.
Anyone else have this tradition, or was it just me?

Do not neglect your outdoor space when you are getting your house ready for market!
Outdoor spaces are so important because it gives the illusion of increases square footage of the home. Potential buyers will be drawn outside and liinger in your beautiful space which increases the chances of them making an offer. It also gives the buyer a sense of relaxation and calm that they will experience while living in the home.

Even though this process was difficult for me, I believe it is important to have a clear mission statement whether it is for your business, your self-development, or your purpose in life.
I’ve been working on my home staging mission statement with my business coach for a while now and have found it beneficial in reminding me to keep my “why” in focus.

Went downtown on Friday evening to attend an event hosted by Family Forward https://familyforwardmo.org/ which supports children who have experienced trauma in their lives. They had a live auction, and this adorable Australian Labradoodle was the favored item to bid on. I got to snuggle with him a bit and he went to a wonderful home! Can you guess how much he went for?
