Confession:
I’ve had “a six-pack” on my vision board every year for over a decade.
And guess what? Still waiting.
Why? Because vision without habits, accountability, and milestones is just decoration.
The same thing happens in business. A vision statement on the wall doesn’t mean your people are aligned. Without systems and modeling from leadership down to the frontline, your vision drifts—and your results drift with it. Once I built in those habits and the accountability to back it up---THEN, progress showed up. (Now, my six-pack is still hiding---- but I dropped 60 pounds and became the healthiest version of myself in the process.) Business works the same way.
Here’s the test: If I asked one of your frontline team members,
“How does the company vision show up in your daily work?” Would they know—or would they guess?
If they’re guessing… You don’t have vision. You have wallpaper.
👀This is a sneak preview of the conversation I had inside the Infinite Edge community.
This week we’re tackling how to stop treating vision like a poster, and start building systems that make it visible in daily behaviors.

⚡And heads up: Next week, I’ll be giving every leader on my list a free one-page strategic planning toolkit.
(It’s the exact tool I use to help companies build systems that make vision stick.)
