As a Star Trek nerd, big fan of , and someone who speaks French (I get by enough) I’ve ALWAYS wondered if the actual French or French speaking people get a kick out of her name, Vash. You pronounce Vash the same way you pronounce the French word for cow, Vache. And a nasty insult in French is “vache espangol”.
I giggle every time they say her name. Especially Picard who is supposed to be French. DID THE WRITERS DONIT ON PURPOSE?! I HAVE TO KNOW!
