There are a ton of Protein bars out there, but these Think Bars (https://amzn.to/3RSs2gO) are by far the ones I like the best. "Why?" you ask? Well, I will tell you! 😊

While others may be higher in protein count per bar, they are also higher in sugar. I do not process foods high in sugar very well and these do not seem to cause any sugar spikes for me. Also, they are very yummy! 😘👌💕
