No pic of dinner tonight but it was chopped sandwiches. Ham, pepperoni, hard salami, onion, pickle, lettuce, cheese with a dressing of mayo and red wine vinegar. All served on a hoagie roll. Amazing!!

It’s been a busy day in the kitchen today. I made a pumpkin spice cake, 2 loaves of bread and a batch of dog food. When Mark gets home I’ll make us pizza for dinner. Feels good to be back in the kitchen.

I roasted a chicken on Sunday and am on meal #2- chicken fajita bowls. Tomorrow I’ll be making some chicken salad and on Friday some soup. I might have enough chicken for a casserole!

Dinner tonight was Caesar salad with chicken nuggets instead of croutons.

Greek style burgers for dinner tonight. I seasoned up the beef then filled the pitas. Baked them until crispy and the meat was cooked. Top them with you favorite toppings. We like lettuce, tomato, onion, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
So good!!
