I am a wife, a mom of 3, and a dog.
I have two growing businesses, coaching, and a business networking group.
I create content for my business meetings every week for our meetings. and other related events.
I have coaching clients and my own training I am in, weekly.

I am currently working on creating, almost from scratch, a Children's business fair on top of my other endeavors.

and a few other things at the same time.

I say all this to say. I have created an amazing life for myself.

If you had asked like 10 years ago, I would have laughed. I didn't have much of anything to look forward to or to do. Other than looking about my first son.

I was talking with someone recently. They were looking for help without spending tons of money on a like a coach or other such people.

So I was sharing how life is working for them and when they want or need something like that, you can ask for it and it will show up for you.

When you are in the rud of life it is sometimes hard to see the forest through the trees. It can be a lot to ask someone to believe in something new.

I say this after years of changing my whole life.

So I shared something I don't often share.

My life hasn't been as nice as it is now. I've had some really hard times. I have been in really low places.

My first son's dad was an addict, and long story short died when our son was 3 3/4. My second was in the NIUC for 5 weeks from a congenital condition.
I grew up with a single parent. I grew up with ADHD.
So and so.

I say all that to say I have been there. After sharing something I don't often share she felt better, that I wasn't this young airy, fairy, sunshine without any darkness. (My projection of our conversation)

Talking about how life is always happening for us. Isn't something people are used to sometimes. It can seem like others have it greener and others have everything and that they themselves just don't have that kind of life.

In order, to shift your mindset from a fix mindset to an open one doesn't have to be overnight. It gets to be like a muscle you get to strengthen.

Start with something small. I like to use the sample of the nice parking spot at the grocery store or something similar.

Start watching for little ways life is sending you and giving you things.

Always, always say something you are grateful for even when it seems like there isn't any.
