The XFL STL Talk Show Story

In December 2018, two gentlemen embarked on a journey to do a LIVE video show about the brand new XFL and its newest team in St. Louis. The XFL STL Talk Show was born and by April 2019, one dropped out and one stepped in. The LIVE show then became a co-production between One Universal Production and the N The Zone Network. The show took off on Facebook LIVE with hosts Dirty and A-Train and it quickly gained a following. The St. Louis BattleHawks front office took notice and began to check out the weekly show every Wednesday. However, the COVID-19 pandemic came about and canceled the debut season and put the show on hiatus. This past month, the two came to the conclusion to change the name, The Sports Apocalypse after a fan vote. On August 3rd, 2020, Dany Garcia and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson purchased the XFL, which prompted the return of The XFL STL Talk Show. The show continues each Wednesday on Facebook LIVE.
